We rent — never sell — seven adjacent plots of certified organic land on a simple monthly subscription. We prepare the ground, maintain the soil, and provide every tool you need. You grow. Two of your chosen crops are reserved for the on-site farm shop, so the wider community shares in what the land yields.

Independence from the food chain
The modern supply chain is fragile, opaque, and indifferent. A plot of your own is a baseline of nutritional sovereignty — insulated from price shocks, recalls, and the politics of distribution.
Uncompromisingly organic
No synthetic pesticides. No chemical fertilizers. We farm with regenerative methods that build soil, not deplete it. The earth is the first client; the harvest follows.
Two crops for the wider community
Each household commits two of their chosen crops to the on-site farm shop. What you grow feeds neighbours who can't tend a plot themselves — and the shop becomes a small, real alternative to the supermarket aisle.
Everything you need, included
Beds prepared. Soil tested and amended. Shared tools, hoses, wheelbarrows, and a covered work area maintained on your behalf. Your subscription covers the lot — you turn up and grow.
Community, not collective
You operate your plot autonomously. You also share knowledge, surplus, and the quiet company of six other households who hold the same standards. Strength without surrender.
This is not an allotment.
It is a premium space for serious people pursuing real food independence. We're looking for households ready to change their lives, and driven enough to do the work.
12 month commitment
A full growing year. Long enough to learn your soil, set a rotation, and actually feed your household.
3 months paid up front
A £300 down payment secures your plot. The remaining months are billed monthly thereafter.
Standards are kept
Plots must be tended regularly and grown intentionally. Weeds, neglect, or absence over multiple visits triggers a written notice.
Underused plots are reassigned
If standards aren't restored, the plot is reallocated to the waitlist. Demand is high. The land doesn't wait.
Barn feast nights. Hands-on knowledge.
The plot is the practice. The barn is where the practice becomes a culture. We gather the seven households around long tables — and bring in people who know what they're doing.
Regular barn feasts
Long-table dinners cooked from what the land just gave us. Open to the seven households and invited guests from the community.
Guest growers & farmers
Working farmers, market gardeners, and seedkeepers come to share what they've learned about soil, rotation, and yield.
Cooks & preservers
Hands-on sessions on cooking the harvest, fermenting, canning, curing, and stocking a real pantry through winter.
Practical skills evenings
Tool sharpening, seed saving, beekeeping, butchery, bread — the everyday skills of a self-reliant household.
